Each morning we'll wake up as a team & energize our bodies and minds with a vinyasa yoga class. Not use to getting up early? No worries by the 2nd - 3rd day you'll whole life will be changing as your training your body to wake up alive with energy and ready to move! In the beginning of the week we set out work outcomes for the week, break them down into small manageable outcomes and then into tasks. Each day in the 1st hour, you'll review your 10 - day work goals, building block results that lead to that goals & tasked outcomes you need to do each day to reach or make major progress on your 10-day work goal.
