How to send out Mailing List


  1. Update our mailing list by transferring Past Guests E-mails from our latest event via Brown Paper Ticket account to our mailing list for that city.
  2. Write new mailing list blast e-mail from template on Mail Chimp account.
  3. Send out Local and Nation Blast

  • soon as tickets and website are up for sale ( national / all cites )
  • 1 month before the event ( current city only )
  • 1.5 week before the event ( current city only )
  • 1 week after event - Thank you e-mail with sponsors etc. ( current city only )
